I bought music from the Store. Where is it?!

When you purchased music from the Store, you should have been given the opportunity to download it immediately.

You should also have received an email with links to download your music. Please check the ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder in the email account that you used to register.

You can also see an download all music you have purchased through the Store on your Store account page.

I’ve run out of downloads for the song I purchased through the Store. Can I still download it?

Please contact us and we can reset the download count for your song(s).

My password is not working for the website/Store. How can I reset it?
